The combination is fixed-dose composed of diclofenac and serratiopeptidase. Pain can be temporary or lifelong in nature. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that helps in the breakdown of insoluble protein (fibrin) a by-product of blood clots into smaller units. It also produces fluid thinning in the body as a response to damage, making fluid drainage smoother in swollen tissue.
